We first organized an immigration workshop in May 2016 and 2017 which was a big success, and widely appreciated for its content and delivery. In last two and half year, we have seen further practical issues faced by expatriates in their work visa or renewal process, especially relating with tax compliance. The new Labor Act 2018 also has specific provisions that will have impact on employment agreement with expatriates. Overall, the regime is changing for expatriate employees interested to work in Nepal. You need to remain abreast with these changes.  Our workshop focuses on real life issues that are highly relevant for expats and is intended to assist expatriates and their employers in complying with immigration and tax laws, by sharing our practical knowhow and open discussion on issues.
